1. To request a return identification number for your package, call Mojo Blast’s
customer service number at 877-471-6639. The customer service agent will review
your request for a refund and determine if it is eligible. If you are found eligible,
then you will receive a return identification number. Please note that you need
to return the product within 30 days of the date it was purchased in order to receive
a refund.
2. Package the product and write the return identification number legibly on the
package. Please make sure that any other material does not make the number hidden.
The package must contain the unopened and un-tampered product in order to receive
a refund. Mail the package via certified mail within the 30-day period (this is
strictly enforced) to the address provided.
3. The order will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Once a return
is processed, you should see the credit in the next billing cycle.
